Ruth has posted the Agenda on the website and on facebook. Please find attached the material for the meeting covering activities, membership and finances for the AGM. We will not be providing any paperwork at the meeting, so if you need a hard copy please print and bring with you. Even if you are not coming, any views or comments beforehand are welcome.
The meeting starts at 1200, and we hope to rattle through the main points in time to eat at 1300. I suggest people aim to arrive from 1130 in time to say hello and have a coffee.
And a final reminder for those who have said they are coming but not yet paid/advised Owen of what your menu choices are.
