The first of the Thursday Farmoor race events was blessed with a seasonally normal mix of gusty winds, sun and showers. Eleven sailors turned up, the course was set and racing commenced. The conditions were a little challenging with some gusts over 30mph, and some sailors withdrew after the first race. Nick Kidd had a clean sweep over the day, chased by Andy Lacy then Richard Williams. After the third race there appeared to be a storm on its way and given the forecast of thunder and lightning the decision was taken to halt the proceedings there. The results are below:
